Too much to do today! One thing I’ll write a quick blurb about is that I have started doing like an afternoon workout, as I mentioned in some of my previous posts. Way long ago when I was in highschool still… maybe not that long ago… I took a weight-lifting class. This particular class outlined the best workout that I have ever had, and had the absolute best results. So with my current workout gung-ho-ness, I decided to do something similar. However since it had been a while I needed a reminder of what I had to do.
So why am I clouding up your day with this rant? Well I went to my highschool (since I bought a house like 10 minutes away, and work 5 minutes away from it) to see if the same teacher was still running things. Sure enough he was still there which works out well for me since he hooked me up with a huge packet of information on what to do. Anyway all things set aside I was quite intrigued by how much care he took in explaining everything and getting all the stuff together for someone he has not seen in over 6 years. Kinda makes me wonder about all those times he was a bit harsher… if I was being a jackace. Probably the case.
So anywho… Day 19:

Day 18..
Saturday was St. Patrick’s Day so I went to a concert of some sort ( which I don’t really remember ). Anyway, I had earplugs because the last time I went to one of these shindigs I felt like my ears were going to pop since everyone I went with wanted to be up front by the giant speakers. So at some point during the night one of the security dudes took a reading of the decible level right by the speaker… 190 !!!!! To make that clear for all, either the meter was wrong or it was right and a lot of people are going to have hearing issues, because 194 is the loudest it gets according to this chart::

So, yea… death of hearing tissue happens at 180db. Which means the good folks holding that event are fairly liable for anyones hearing problems. So anywho, hoooray for earplugs right !?

Day 15..
Nothing exciting going on today… It’s cold once again! I was really hoping that the weather would stop sucking soon, but it looks like that won’t happen.
Granted that’s not as cold as it has been, ie below 20*F. But it was like 72*F the other day… I want that back! Anyway, I’ll quit my whining.

Day 14..
Interesting day today. Busy for sure. Finally got some decent sleep last night. I find that I have one day every week that I sleep great and the rest tend to be the poo. I didn’t really do anything out of the ordinary last night so I really am puzzled as to why I slept better. I am wondering if its because I recovered from the daylight savings shindig. As far as I can remember I have had some kind of sleep issue. I feel like I am asleep, I think I slept eight hours, but I am still tired when I get up, and feel beat. This morning workout thing helps get me started so I really get over that hump by just getting blood going. Lately I found out that some of those sleep problems have to do with room temperature. You see, my fiancee is the opposite of all women… or most. She likes the house cold. Great in the winter but costly in the summer. So, I have had the temperature in the house lower than what I ussually do and just wear a sweatshirt to bed. This seems to help me sleep better. The other problem I may have, but has not been diagnosed may be sleep apnea. Apparently I gasp for air periodically throughout the night. But anyway…

Day 13.
I just cant seem to get this whole sleep thing down. Starting to get pissed. Anyway, as I was dragging my ace into the building this morning I noticed that I have a huge pet peeve. People that follow you up the stairs so close that they can sniff your ass. I mean talk about tailgating, the only difference is that I can retaliate in this situation. I really felt like ripping a huge honker in this dudes face, just to get him … literally OFF MY ASS !!!
